i appreciated the helpful staff a lot. reception organized transfers very efficiently. the gentleman doing the maintenance always wore a smile, very kind.
the hotel can be noisy at night. it is located close to restaurants. that noise can be an issue for some guests.

Ege helped a lot at reception. He provided many local recommendations. He always offered assistance. The hotel's location is great, being a short walk from the beach and local shops. The staff were friendly and cute, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere.

The location was fine. It was close to the beach.
The air conditioning was unreliable. the remote control had dead batteries, something staff could have easily checked. overall, the staff's attitude was not very cute. No one offered help with our luggage.

The staff was very attentive and proactive. They really tried to help, which i appreciated.
The beautiful room felt quite small. The balcony barely had room for two people to sit, and it was a bit of a squeeze. the noise at night was also a problem. Being so close to the restaurants and shopping made it hard to sleep. i really wish it had been quieter.
